We were appointed by a Kent-based developer specialising in transforming existing buildings into high-quality, design-led homes. This former care home had evolved through years of extensions, resulting in a mix of architectural styles.

Working closely with the wider design team, Hall Villar began by developing an interior concept that responded to both the target market research and the varied character of the building. Two distinct design schemes were created to reflect the differing qualities of the original structure and the newer extension.

From there, we progressed to detailed layout optimisation before producing a comprehensive technical package, including all internal drawings, specifications, and costed schedules.

Hall Villar continued to support both the client and contractor throughout the construction phase and assisted in the creation of marketing materials to help bring the development to market.
